We provide a 30-day return & exchange policy, If you need to return or exchange an item, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
30-day Return CONDITIONS:
- To be eligible for a return, it must be within 30 days of delivery and your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide our receipt or proof of purchase.
- We only accept exchanges or resending of your package, but the refund will be not accepted if your package was lost during shipment.
How to return:
- To start a return, you can contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will respond quickly (please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions on how to return items from your order, and the returns address will be provided by mail after the application is submitted.
- Please inform us of the tracking number, and please write your Order Number and your Full Name in the returned package.
- Return Fee: Customers need to pay $8 for resend and return shipping.
Within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund if you haven't received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, and contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:
- We don't accept exchange or return unless the item is damaged by non-human factors.
Customers received the wrong item. (customers need to contact us within 30 days of receiving their order, or we will think the customers accept the wrong item and it can not be returned.)
- If the returned goods are not in their original condition, including damaged, unsalable, or missing parts not caused by our company, they will not be returned or exchanged.
- We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- We don't accept an exchange if there is no seller's fault.
- No returns or exchanges after 30 days of receiving the product.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
